This beautiful large wall-hanging is the work of English master artisan Veronica Pock. This piece is made from raw silk, linen, cotton, wool, synthetic gold-coloured thread and jute.

This pattern is called a honeycomb. Weaving in this way is exceptionally technical, but the results are stunning! It took about 6 weeks to make this wall hanging. All Veronica's work is inspired by the colors and textures she discovers during her walks and holidays in untouched nature. 

We especially love her work because of the ancient weaving wisdom it holds. Everything that Veronica creates has a certain peace and serenity about it.

Veronica believes that textiles have a permanence and meaning in peoples’ lives, carrying memories and traditions. Her woven pieces will speak to people and become a treasured belonging, something to keep and use time and time again, year after year.
